Setting up the environment

Once the agreement is signed, we will immediately set up a separate, secure environment for your organisation.

Creating meters

After setting up your environment, you can immediately migrate existing meters or create new meters yourself. We can also do this for you at no cost, saving you valuable time.

Migrating historical data (optional)

If desired, we will migrate your historical measurement data to ensure continuity. Depending on the volume, we can migrate this data within one day to a maximum of one week.

Customer authorisation

With our authorisation module, you can easily send digital authorisation requests to your customers via email. They can then sign the authorisations online with ease. After signing, the request is automatically sent to the appropriate measurement company.

Users

You can now easily add all users to the platform. For each user, you can specify the rights they have and which objects they have access to. Our team is always ready to assist you and answer any questions during this process.
