The tools we had didn\u2019t support that well enough,\u201d says Rik, Commercial Manager at Enavi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The solution: innovating with MeterInsight<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Together with MeterInsight, Enavi found the right fit: a scalable platform that is easy to use and gives customers tailored insight. The choice for MeterInsight was deliberate, says Commercial Manager Rik: \u201cWe didn\u2019t want to commit to an established supplier where we would have little influence. Working with MeterInsight gave us the chance, as an early adopter, to actively help build a solution that truly fits us.\u201d Henrike adds: \u201cThe dashboard gives our customers access to current consumption, peak moments and trends. We mainly use it ourselves when handling customer questions. Because everything is well organised, we can act quickly.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The result: faster onboarding, fewer questions, satisfied customers<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New customers simply receive a link and login details from Henrike. Thanks to the automatic tour and the intuitive design, further explanation is rarely needed. \u201cWe hardly get any questions about how to use it. That says a lot about the user-friendliness. And when something does come up, support helps us find the answer quickly and effectively.\u201d Enavi is equally enthusiastic about the collaboration: \u201cWe have quarterly reviews with MeterInsight and short lines to the development team. The accessibility and speed are a real plus,\u201d says Henrike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Looking ahead: innovating and optimising together<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enavi is looking ahead. Themes such as smart energy hubs, contracted capacity and energy steering are becoming increasingly important. Rik:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe want to contribute to balancing business parks. Real-time energy management will be crucial there. As a metering company, we know the connections.
