MeterInsight is ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 27001 (information security) certified by KIWA! We are so proud of this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we started our company, quality and data security have been our top priorities. In addition, customer satisfaction and transparency towards customers are other important aspect of our services. Therefore, we find it extremely important that our own internal quality is also in order and that we continuously develop and improve as an organisation. The choice to get started with the ISO certification audit process was therefore a logical step. Acquiring the ISO certificates is a confirmation of our working method and an assurance of continuous improvement of quality and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ISO 9001<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems. Among other things, the standard stands for transparency and reliability and whether an organisation can deliver what they promise their customers. The ISO 9001 standard helps companies to better manage and improve their processes. Certification indicates a company’s commitment to quality and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

ISO 27001<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

ISO 27001 focuses on managing the risks to a company’s information security. It forms a framework of requirements for information security management systems. The ISO 27001 standard specifies requirements for establishing, implementing, executing, checking, assessing, maintaining, and improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The standard enables organisations to structure their information security and thus guarantee the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of information. With an ISO 27001 certification, a company demonstrates that information management is approached in a responsible manner and that information about the company, employees and customers is secure and protected.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In addition, obtaining ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification also provides a competitive advantage. Many comparable players in the market do not (yet) have an ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certificate. Furthermore, some – often larger – companies have the requisite that a supplier is in possession of a certification.
